This video highlights approaches and experiences of the Improving productivity and Market success (IPMS) of Ethiopian Farmers project that operated in four regions of Ethiopia from 2005-2012. IPMS, funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), was a research for development project implemented by International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) of Ethiopia. The project aimed at transforming subsistence oriented agriculture to market oriented agriculture using a commodity value chain development approach, supported by knowledge management, capacity development and promotional activities.
