the Improving the Productivity and Market Success of Ethiopian Farmers (IPMS) project was a five-year project funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and implemented by the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) on behalf of the Ethiopian Ministry of Agriculture (MoA). The project ended in April 2013.
